Amber Mojito

INGREDIENTS
10ml Sunquick Passion Fruit Mixed
40m Dark Rum
7g Brown Sugar
1 Green Lemon
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
1 Fresh Passion Fruit
40ml Sparkling Water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut the green Lemon into 6 cubes and cut rosemary finely
  2. Mash green lemon cubes, rosemary together with brown sugar by using muddler and pour it in a glass
  3. Add dark rum and Sunquick Passion Fruit Mixed in it
  4. Stir well with a bar spoon
  5. Fill the glass with crushed ice and sparkling water
  6. Lastly, garnish it with passion fruit and rosemary. Enjoy the drink!
