Berry Mix Soda

INGREDIENTS
40ml Sunquick Berry Mix
30ml Rum
A moderate amount of mint leaf
1 Green Lemon
2 Blueberry
5 Raspberry
5 Strawberry
10ml Fruit Sugar
200g Ice Cubes
A full glass of sparkling water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice the green lemon and mash it with the Sunquick Berry Mix, rum and mint leaves with a muddler
  2. Add raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, fruit sugar and crushed ice in it and mix well
  3. Pour it in a jug and fill it with sparkling water
  4. Lastly, garnish it with mint leaves. Enjoy!
