Mango Pomelo Sago

INGREDIENTS
45g Sunquick Mango
45g Mango Jam
80g Whipped Cream
30g Coconut Milk
150g Ice Cubes
10g Grapefruit Syrup
20g Fresh Grapefruit
20g Coconut Flesh
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix Sunquick Mango and mango jam well
  2. Mix whipped cream and coconut milk in a separate container and keep it aside for garnishing
  3. Pour fresh grapefruit in a glass and add grapefruit syrup in it. Stir well
  4. Add coconut flesh and pour mango mixture which we prepared earlier in it
  5. Lastly, garnish it with coconut cream mixture and serve!
