Salty Lemon

INGREDIENTS
10ml Sunquick Lemon
20ml Sunquick Grapefruit
2 Salty Preserved Plum
15ml Fruit Sugar
200g Ice Cubes
A full glass of sparkling water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dissolve the salty preserved plum in the hot water
  2. Except sparkling water, add all the ingredients in a shaker
  3. Shake well and pour it in a glass
  4. Fill the glass with sparkling water
  5. Garnish it with grapefruit slice and green lemon slice. Enjoy!
